Jay Em Ess Stable's undefeated champion Declan's Moon will miss his scheduled start in the Oct. 14 Perryville Stakes (gr. III) at Keeneland after coming up slightly body sore following a pair of workouts late last month, trainer Ron Ellis said.

Defending NetJets Breeders' Cup Mile champion Singletary will get his final prep for the 2005 World Thoroughbred Championships in the $250,000 Oak Tree Breeders' Cup Mile (gr. IIT) on Oct. 8 at Santa Anita, a race in which he finished third a year ago.

Leroidesanimaux Favored for Atto Mile Crown

Leroidesanimaux puts his seven-race winning streak on the line as the 9-5 morning line favorite against eight opponents in Sunday's $1 million Atto Mile (Can-I) at Woodbine.

The Atto, to be contested over the E.P. Taylor Turf Course, will be at 5:06 p.m. ET. This year's Atto, which offers $600,000 to the winner, is the seventh under the sponsorship of Atto Insurance.
