Saratoga/DelMar - 2006/06/26 04:11 Does anyone plan to go to either of the big meets this year? As I approach my 40th birthday, I still can't believe that I haven't been to either.

Saratoga/DelMar - 2006/06/27 13:50 I've got a freebie place to stay at Del Mar but not sure if I can get away and still take care of my obligations. One of my biggest regrets is not going to the Travers at Saratoga with my mom and brother the day Affirmed was taken down. That was legendary. Dave, you got to make it to one of those tracks.

I usually go The 1st weekend or Travers day.

Never been to Del Mar, but I would love to. Been to Belmont for the last Breeders Cup there.

Monmouth is nice also, only been there on Haskell Day 2 years ago.

This year I went to Gulfstream Park the day of the Florida Derby. That's a bueatiful Park, but I recommend going there on a not so busy day.
